Plaq- Float Plaqs give your art dimension to appear as if it is floating off the wall. Float Plaqs are quickly becoming a favorite for fine art galleries and artists alike. Made from our premium eco-friendly wood, Float Plaqs create a durable yet creative way to preserve and present fine art. Artwork is mounted on an acid-free 3/8” thick surface, finished with a beveled edge, and given a ¾” deep backing to create a floating effect. The backing is recessed from the edge such that it is not easily seen. A simple French cleat system can be provided to securely mount and display a Float Plaq. A durable surface finish is offered to enhance artwork and provide UV protection and moisture resistance to a piece of artwork. In addition, various edge border options are available to enrich and customize the presentation.
Lustre Prints – is most easily thought of as being somewhere in between gloss and matte. Lustre prints are slightly glossy, which helps enhance the image’s color and details, but also feature a very fine “texture” to help reduce problems associated with glare and fingerprints.
Dry Mounted Lustre – Dry mounting adds rigidity to larger prints and prevents rippling.
Gallery Wrap Canvas – Image is printed on a lightly textured canvas. The image wraps around all sides and mounted on a wood frame. These are typically not framed.
