From Snapping To Framing: Quality Service From Start To Finish

At Imagewerx Aerial Photography, providing the highest quality service is our top priority. As a one-man operation, owner Mitch Bowers personally handles every aspect of an aerial photography mission, from the initial planning process to printing and framing the captured images. Keep reading to learn how our Colorado aerial photography company provides the very best service from start to finish.

Planning The Mission

The first – and possibly the most important – part of an aerial photography project is carefully planning the flight so that all details are organized ahead of time. We will work with the client to ensure that everyone is clear on the important details, such as where and when the flight will take place, what the flight plan will be, and what images the client hopes to obtain. We can communicate via email initially, but eventually we will prefer to speak with our clients directly over the phone to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that nothing gets misconstrued.

Finalizing The Preparations

Depending on the location of your shoot, there may be added details that need attention in addition to the ones we address with the client. For example, we may need to submit flight maps and obtain specific flight permissions from local authorities. We handle all of these details personally so as not to add to our clients’ already full workloads. Since Colorado aerial photography is our full-time profession, we are often able to conduct our flights within 24 hours once we have finished nailing down all the details.

Conducting The Flight

As we have mentioned before, Imagewerx Aerial Photography is a one-man operation. While we have partners we may call in for certain more-demanding photoshoots, we typically conduct our shoots on our own. Owner Mitch Bowers simultaneously juggles the demanding roles of piloting our aircraft and manning the camera. This specialized form of multi-tasking has been honed over years of experience.

Editing The Images

Once we are back on the ground, we pride ourselves on providing a quick turn-around with our images. After serving as the pilot and the photographer, Mitch will switch hats to become the editor with a keen eye for perfection. We will cull through each of the (often hundreds of) images captured on the flight, identifying the best images and performing any necessary edits to ensure superior quality of our images. While we promise to send the finished images to the client within 24 hours of the shoot, in many cases our clients receive their images within the same day.

Printing And Framing

While we always provide digital images from the shoot to our clients, sometimes clients wish to purchase printed images as well. These prints can be used for any number of different purposes, from business presentations to stunning wall decor. We are pleased to offer professional printing and framing services. In addition to the specific shoots conducted for individual clients, we capture a variety of panoramas and other images of nature’s spectacular beauty. These prints make for excellent gifts as well as unique pieces to adorn your home or work space. We offer a variety of framing styles to ensure that your print matches your space.
